This recipe is a family favorite. There is just nothing like coming home after a long day and having this dish. I love this dish, but no one makes it better than my dad. Have it spicy or on the mild side, this dish brings a lot of flare and is perfect for weekday dinners.

My family likes eating this right after it is made, but the leftovers are still equally as delicious! Pack it up in a thermos and everyone at school will be so jealous.

My family uses ground chicken for this recipe because of how juicy it is and how much flavor it holds. Our family also adds red pepper to this recipe, but the dish also tastes fine without it.
